Very high quality Chinese food. Famous for their dumplings, but have a range of noodle and veg dishes too. Don't be put off by the food court style dining. Great casual meal.

Din Tai Fung inside the Star's food court has been a regular for me whenever I crave dumplings and want to stay in Pyrmont. While much more expensive than Chinatown, (four dumplings here is around $6-8, whereas I can get 16 in Chinatown for $10) the dumplings are freshly made and high quality. I recommend the shrimp and pork jiaozi!

Best Xiao Long Bao in Sydney IMO. (They're these pork dumplings filled with sauce/soup). You can also watch them being made here.
