Located a 5 minute drive from the cottage, the Alma serves food daily and has lovely views. They also run a monthly pub walk from the pub, details can be found on their Facebook page.

All the eateries surrounding us from Oaklands Cottage are a hit. You shouldn’t be disappointed with any, unless you’re unlucky. And here we have another one. Incredible views from this Inn. Traveling by car it will take you approximately 10 minutes or you can walk from the cottage which is approximately 30/40 minutes. A perfect walk in the summer time as it is across a field with a footpath all the way but it needs to be day light still on your return. Food, ales and much more are great.
