The Freight has great live music in the Berkeley Arts district. Wide range of music. Many good restaurants nearby. A bit of a long walk (or short Lyft) from this Airbnb. I've walked it and I'm mid 50's.

Great medium sized venue for musicians, well known artists have been known to prioritize coming here.
