If you’ve ever wondered how you might convert a knackered old ex petrol station into a phenomenally poncey farm shop with ludicrously expensive food (complete with farmers mud still on it) and a massive whiff of boho chic, then look no further. In all seriousness, Jolly Nice is deservedly a favourite local coffee stop and food destination for cyclists and drivers for many miles around. Produce is great - yes prices are steep - but there are many wonderful things to be seen and it is a great place to feast your eyes as well as your tum.

Worth a stop if you are on the road to Cirencester. Well stocked farm shop, deli, butchers, cafe.

Local farm shop, well stocked with meat, vegetables & other items. Well worth a visit. Has its own drive through for a light lunch.

On the way to Stroud there is a really exciting new venture called Jolly Nice. They took over a defunct petrol station and wayside inn and turned it into a local food outlet. They have great bread, dairy and deli food and a prize winning butcher. Normally they have a café in a yurt with a wood burning stove but sadly that has been another covid casualty. They do do a great drive in takeaway instead which you can eat in a large field with picnic benches/tables.
