El Burladero is Spanish hospitality at its best. Wether you speak spanish or not, the staff will make you feel right at home. The menu is full of delightful choices such us garlic prawns, tortillas, patatas bravas,cod croquettes, fried onion and gazpacho.

This restaurant isn´t located in SanTelmo as shown on the map, but in the very hearth of Recoleta. Definitely my favourite Spanish resturant. The $190 midday menu mon-sat is unbeatable.
