Queensland Tennis Centre s a tennis venue in Tennyson, which is only 10-15 min drive from Toowong. it is an A$82 million state-of-the-art tennis facility opened to the public on 2 January 2009. It also hosts The Brisbane International, a major event in the tennis calendar, as its is a part of the ATP World Tour.
