This is the quintessential old school Halifax diner. They only take cash but are wallet friendly. They are not trying to be anything but what they are...down home.

This old school diner is a North End establishment- it's still run by the husband and wife team who opened it 40 years ago. You won't get anything fancy here, but you will find classic, reliably good diner fare, excellent prices and fantastic, authentic service. Left out the front door, turn right on Windsor St. Walk a few blocks to Almon St, turn right, restaurant is on your right.
