Very nice, very close, but - cause of the same reasons - very packed n sunny days. Perfect if you have smaller kids. If not, I would prefer to jump into the water on the oposit side of the water, Kalvebod Brygge.
If you're looking for a dip, why not jump into the canal? The water is clean enough for a swim, do as the locals and just go head first along the canal.
Swim in the harbour in this free outdoor pool, usually a bit crowded but a must-see.
Here are 3 places were you can swim in Copenhagen Harbor. Islands Brygge, Fisketorvet and Sluse Holmen. Very nice places
Dip your toes at this super trendy spot. The place is known for its party mood and younger clientele.
During the Summer, there are several swimming zones throughout the Copenhagen Harbour. At Islands Brygge we have the biggest one, with both pools for kids, a long and deep zone if you wish to swim lanes, and a tower you can jump of off if you dare. Pack your beachwear, towels and a blanket, and…

A must visit at Islands Brygge. Designed by the famous Danish architect Bjarke Ingels. When the weather is good there will be a lot of people!
Visit Havnebadet Islands Brygge. Take a dip in the harbor. It's great all year. Only within the yellow marked areas.
If the weather gets very warm it is an absolute must to go to one of the areas in the harbour, and take a dip. This was the first swimming zone to be implemented in Copenhagen and therefore is quite popular.

“Hi, so a little guide. Take the bikes down to “Amager strand” and follow it to “Christianshavn. Take a stop at “broens” gadekøkken and go over The bridge to “Nyhavn” after that you could go to the meat district at vesterbro. The weather app is YR.no For restaurant and cafés only choose places with ratings from 4 stars and up on google maps, then you should be home free 🙂”

“Christiania is an autonomous enclave in Copenhagen. It's a place where people with alternative lifestyles can choose to live. The area is quite safe to walk around in. Often concerts and art exhibitions are held here.”

“Goes without saying if you’re travelling to Copenhagen, with or without kids, Tivoli is always a good idea. During the spring, summer and fall, every Friday there are concerts at the main green area in Tivoli, free of charge once you’ve paid your entry. ”

“Eat inside, eat outside, eat with your fingers, everything is possible here, buy delicious food specialties and take them home with you, or just go there to have a nice cup of coffee and feel the atmosphere. Many Copenhageners come here to have lunch and to shop for what to make for their dinner. Because here you will find things you do not find in your daily supermarket.”
