El restaurante italiano La Pappardella cuenta con un gran número de variedades de pasta preparadas según el recetario de Vincenzo. Sensaciones que van desde un toque de vodka, un golpe de curry rojo o unos frutos secos que ponen el contrapunto a la tradición italiana más sabrosa. Cuenta con una bonita decoración de estilo vintage en pleno centro de Valencia.
