This is a place where you can put down facebook and youtube and really breathe! Whether you are looking for a quiet stroll, a family picnic or a heart thumping workout you can find it all in Rural South Auckland. The best time to go is a sunny day after a good rain.The falls will be full and spectacular, and the air will be so clean you can taste it. No charge for entry, it is popular with families, dog walkers and serious trampers, but don't let that put you off. You can always find a quiet spot away from others if that is what you're looking for.

30 minutes drive from Manukau. Magnificent waterfalls with small shallow pools for children. Good picnic areas
