The famous flea market is only part of a big theme park that includes shops, restaurants, museums and monuments, all contained within a mock ‘kremlin’ (complete with walls and towers that make a great photo op). Within the kremlin walls, the place re-creates the workshops and trade rows of an old settlement. A concept long overdue, the Vodka History Museum (www.vodkamuseum.ru; open 10am to 6pm) is just three rooms, with the all-important traktir (tavern) attached. Other museums in the complex include the Russian Costume & Culture Museum and a small Toy Museum.

Izmaylovo Kremlin is a unique center of culture and entertainment. It is built in Russian fairy tale style and has lot of culture museums (ex. museum of vodka and bread, folk art museum), also there is a big market that sells souvenirs and russian cuisine restaurant. There you can feel the atmosphere of old time russia.
