Very nice, very close, but - cause of the same reasons - very packed n sunny days. Perfect if you have smaller kids. If not, I would prefer to jump into the water on the oposit side of the water, Kalvebod Brygge.
If you're looking for a dip, why not jump into the canal? The water is clean enough for a swim, do as the locals and just go head first along the canal.
Swim in the harbour in this free outdoor pool, usually a bit crowded but a must-see.
Here are 3 places were you can swim in Copenhagen Harbor. Islands Brygge, Fisketorvet and Sluse Holmen. Very nice places
Dip your toes at this super trendy spot. The place is known for its party mood and younger clientele.
During the Summer, there are several swimming zones throughout the Copenhagen Harbour. At Islands Brygge we have the biggest one, with both pools for kids, a long and deep zone if you wish to swim lanes, and a tower you can jump of off if you dare. Pack your beachwear, towels and a blanket, and…

A must visit at Islands Brygge. Designed by the famous Danish architect Bjarke Ingels. When the weather is good there will be a lot of people!
Visit Havnebadet Islands Brygge. Take a dip in the harbor. It's great all year. Only within the yellow marked areas.
If the weather gets very warm it is an absolute must to go to one of the areas in the harbour, and take a dip. This was the first swimming zone to be implemented in Copenhagen and therefore is quite popular.

“Catch a 350S or 5C every few minutes to the multicultural and lively neighbourhood of Nørrebro (8-10 min) or to Nørreport Metro Station in Inner City (16-19 min) from where you can take the M2 metro to the airport (another 15 min) or one stop to "Kongens Nytorv" and "Nyhavn". The 5C continues to the main square "Rådhuspladsen" (26 min) and the central station "Hovedbanegården" (29 min).”

“Christiania covers an area of more than 85 acres and houses almost one thousand inhabitants, but every year, more than a million people visit the Freetown. Some of them use Christiania almost every day, others pay a quick visit to the village in the middle of Copenhagen. Christiania is thus one of the greatest tourist attractions in Copenhagen, and abroad it is a well-known “brand” for the progressive and liberated Danish lifestyle. Many Danish businesses and organizations also use Christiania as a show place for their foreign friends and guests. The purpose is to show something Danish that cannot be found anywhere else in the world. ”

“The 3 old garden restaurants in Frederiksberg with traditional Danish food. Oldest is from 1630. Youngest is from 1864. Both in- & outdoor seating. Live music every weekend in the summer. ”
