Personal favorite: "Papa con chorizo" (Potato and chorizo). Usually get these to-go, but they have a couple tables.

Inexpensive, authentic foodstand. The torillas are handpressed for your order. My favorite are the Chicken Tinga. Vegetarian options are available too.
