This is a hole in the wall Mexican restaurant with, hands down, the best Ceviche in town. Food is more authentic than other restaurants, too. It's not on a scenic side of town, but it's safe and reasonably convenient. Also very reasonably priced. When I'm in town, it's on my short list of places to go.
