1 block away! Sushi X is a go to for fast good sushi that I just run across the street to pick up. Good sushi, anime on the wall, super friendly staff.

My go-to sushi expert (yes, he's Asian and knows the good stuff) drives across the whole city just to pick up this sushi. Cool environment with Japanese animé and great saki menu.
