Lake Blue Ridge Recreation Area is located on the west side of Blue Ridge Lake in Blue Ridge, GA. The lake is a 3,290 acre Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) reservoir. Blue Ridge Lake offers boating, skiing and fishing. The lake is home to bass, bream, catfish, perch and crappie, which makes the area popular with anglers.

Who doesn't love a mountain lake? The fresh air, beautiful views and relaxing atmosphere. You can't go wrong at the lake!

At the time we were here it was very private, (middle of sept.) we saw just a couple people while here swimming and hanging out.

Beautiful spot for a picnic by the lake. Such a beautiful lake that's very well maintained and free of any trash. Great place for the family. The best time to visit is summer.
