40 mins (40 kms) from Birchs Bay...located just on from Huonville. Booking for lunch might be a good idea in the high season!

45min drive south of Hobart along beautiful green fields is this Apple Shed with Eatery and Museum. Highly recommend travelling here and seeing the local sights (cider houses, wineries, bushwalking and Huon Valley). Expect home grown heart honest meals... our favourite! Try the arancini balls with a paddle of ciders or in the winter months hot mulled cider and toasty fires. An Apple shed full of history and character!
