Antietam Brewery is a smaller brewery with a relaxing, locally-inspired atmosphere. Featuring 14 brews on tap the day we went, you can pick 5 for your flight. Decide which ones you like the best and grab a 6-pack of cans to take home. A big plus for Antietam Brewery is their food menu which isn't huge, but it exists unlike a lot of the other breweries, and it's tasty! We got a pepperoni pizza (not bad at all). The BBQ sandwiches and the crab pretzel also sounded tempting. In addition, A.B. gets the most clever award for their flight holders which resemble Burnside Bridge, a local historical attraction on Antietam Battlefield. They also have live music some nights and tours of their brewing area are offered to patrons.

Small outdoor seating area but the IPA is one of the best on the East Coast.

One six-pack purchased to support local beer introduced me to Brewmaster Daniel Maerzluft. Over a decade and a few different breweries later I'm still recommending his beer to people. I'm a big fan of the Milk Stout and the Nut Brown Ale.
