If you want to go on an excursion to Louisiana, this is a great place to have dinner afterwards. It's located in the harbour of this pretty little town. Great food!

Restaurant Sletten is located in the heart of the old and idyllic Sletten Harbour in Humlebæk. Restaurant Sletten is the sister restaurant to the famous Michelin star restaurant Formel B in Copenhagen.

Restaurant Sletten is located in the middle of the old and idyllic Sletten harbor in Humlebæk. Surrounded by small cozy fishermen's houses and with direct views to the harbor and the Sound, the place oozes charm and nostalgia. The restaurant is owned by the chefs behind the Michelin restaurant formula B in Copenhagen. Both restaurants have the same philosophy and concept, where all the dishes on the menu card are made with the best ingredients and served in "smaller" sizes.
