The local bus stop is in the main street of Airlie Beach and the service only operates on the main road called Shute Harbour Road servicing Proserpine, Cannonvale, Airlie Beach and onto Shute Harbour.

Your closest bus stop is at the end of the street and to the right, just where the little shops finish. A bus can take you in either direction to Airlie or back out of town to the airport. It is a lovely walk into Airlie via the boardwalk, perhaps 40mins briskly or an hour taking your time (however there are several places along the way to stop for a drink or a snack - recommended!).
