Bergen is also known for their cinnamon rolls and Godt Brød is my favourite cafe which have several branches in Bergen and now also in other cities in Norway. This was the first bakery and sandwich bar in Bergen which started selling organic food and also focuse on local ingredients. Instead of throwing away leftovers, they always gave away the leftovers to people in need and as food for pigs in a organic farm in Bergen. If you care about the ethics of where your money will disappear after you buying the cinnamon roll or the delicious sandwich, this is the place.
