Nestled in the middle of Echo Park, Sage Vegan Bistro has a phenomenal selection of gluten-free and nut-free options, which is hard to find in the vegan world sometimes. Hip design, even hipper clientele, but not too pretentious. Definitely get the Falafel Bowl (so much more than falafel) or the Spicy Avocado Macaroni and Cheese bowl. For breakfast, it’s all about the Chilaquiles.

This is a fairly new plant based restaurant and brewery. I'm not a vegetarian but some of the dishes are now my favorites. Great cocktail list also

incredible food whether you are vegan or not. This will change your mind about vegetarian food! These chefs are geniuses! Try the cauliflower wings!
