In the early Spring, February and March, head up to the Sugar Bush to help tap Maple Trees, boil sap, and make tasty maple syrup. Alexander's Enterprises, and Wes and Cindy Alexander are great teachers who will welcome visitors and help them learn more about maple sugaring!
