It's a “healthy pastry”. And what is it anyway? It is a patisserie suitable for celiacs, where everything (breads, truffles, slices of cake...) is gluten free (it is certified by the Portuguese Association of Celiacs). The healthy ingredients they use are all arranged on shelves and are also sold in bulk. At weekends, there are two brunch options: one with homemade bread and two side dishes, scrambled eggs (organic), muffin, drink and coffee (€8.50), another with crepe or savory crepe, bowl of yogurt , truffle, drink and coffee (10.50€).
