Convenience! Food! Frozen Yogurt! Essentials! The closest convenience store to the cottage has our favorite: The Colored Spoon - a fabulous frozen yogurt stand with ALL the toppings (open year-round). Also, their Bawk Bawk Chicken is a small restaurant with delicious homemade options. The festive shop also has a large selection of convenience items including ice, firewood, gasoline, and diesel. Located on Highway 12, it's only half a mile by foot, but you can also drive if that's more "convenient."
