It's out-of-the way, but worth the short drive to visit Suber's Corn Mill--one of only a handful of grist mills still operating in South Carolina. The mill is water powered. and visitors are welcome to purchase fresh-ground corn meal and to watch the huge waterwheel in action.

An old mill built in 1908 with a family and friends atmosphere selling to the local community. The old buildings that are original to the business are still present. I believe it is still in operation today.
