Their food is always surprisingly good and they have a good selection of beer as well. They have recently put in an outdoor patio. They are closed on Tuesdays and either Monday or Wednesday as well you need to check with them to make sure they are open before driving out there specifically for their food.

We eat at Casa Taco often. They have yummy tacos and homemade tortilla chips. Stop in and have lunch or dinner after visiting Elephant Butte Lake. Open Monday- 11am to 8pm Thurs, Fri, Sat- 11am to 8pm Sunday – 11am to 6pm
