G&B sources responsibly raised animals from local and regional farms and specializes in whole animal butchery, which allows us them to offer a variety of cuts to the community, and to utilize as much as they can from each animal. They cut, cure, cook, and dry-age in house. Their kitchen offers lunch and dinner daily, featuring golden rotisserie chicken, sandwiches, salads, cuts from the butcher case, and more. The kitchen is open daily for lunch and dinner from 10am to 8pm, with a menu featuring hearty sandwiches, rotisserie chicken, farm fresh salads, and more. In addition G&B offers retail goods, including locally sourced dairy, dry aged meats, produce, beer, wine and prepared foods.
