Newdicks beach is a secluded beach with plenty of shade provided by Pohutukawa trees. It is accessed over private land and there is a small cash fee to cross the land depending on mode of transport. Newdicks is a beautiful spot for fishing, swimming, picnics and walks on the beach. when conditions are right surfers congregate here

Visit the stunning and quiet Newdicks Beach! Take a picnic and your towel and enjoy! Please note access to this beach is via a privately maintained road and it costs $5 per car. Its worth it to get off the beaten track!

Simply stunning, especially in December January when the native Pohutukawa trees are in full bloom. Free to walk through the private land access drive, $5 to drive down and park below.
