These folks offer a great service here locally - they will supply the equipment for a kayaking adventure and even drop you and off and pick you up at your endpoint 😁. They’ve also got a nice restaurant and even live music on occasion.

If you are looking for an adventure on the water- Smooth Rapids offers a fun 2-3 hour kayak trip down Barren River. Its great for first time kayakers or people just looking to spend a few hours on the water. We haven't eaten at their restaurant, but have heard great things. I
