On the drive to get here is about 17 miles of scenic byway, highway 128.. stunning, picturesque, indescribably beautiful.. AND for those so inclined for wine tastings a historic winery (Moab wines!) and lodge with restaurant is along the journey. Crowd pleaser!!

Bring lots of water on any hike in the region as there is usually little shade and the sun scorches.
