A relatively new establishment on Main Street that serves La Barba coffee (Salt Lake) and ‘cryocream’ (ice cream frozen with liquid nitrogen). Both are fabulous!

Owners are some of the nicest people you will meet in Moab! La Barba Coffee is locally made in Salt Lake City, Utah and definitely the best coffee in Moab. They Serve Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner as well as Homemade ice cream made to serve and have a chill and relaxing beer and wine garden in the back.
