One of our favourite pubs. Food, decor and atmosphere is amazing. Drive: 10 mins by car. This is a beautiful old building great food and drinks steeped in history. It is walkable in 1-1.5 hours and maybe a taxi back.

Great local pub in a beautiful setting. Lovely on a sunny day and there are a couple of great walks to get there across the fields from Oak Barn.

Famous vey old pub. Once frequented by General Patton during the war! Visit St Oswalds church opposite. Oh the wisteria!
