If you are walking around Centro Histórico Quito, and want to stop by for a traditional, gourmet experience, consider La Purisima. Their Chef, Carlos Fuentes, has worked hard to recall old and almost lost traditional recipies.

Great newer restaurant in the Historic Center of Quito! The plates average around $12 for a main course and the food is great!
