Huge memorial located off of the tidal basin. This is a must see, especially during cherry blossom season!

This is in the heart of the famous Japanese Cherry Blossoms, if you're lucky enough to be visiting D.C. during the 10 days these pink trees are blooming every March. Otherwise, this monument is tied with the Lincoln Memorial with having the best view, where pairs of people are able to rent paddleboats to cruise around the water basin the separates the Jefferson Memorial from the Washington Monument.
