You can walk to the nearly reworked one block strip of land between Landon Avenue and La Verne Street an experience a breathtaking sunset or sunrise. Most nights there will plenty of folks that join you as this is a popular spot to watch from.

Good place to grab a drink or even have lunch. Pleasant outdoor seating with a variety of cake deserts.

This is a local chain however I hate using that term. It a local sandwich place with local beer. I recommend the beer cheese soup.
