This local park packs a punch! From miles of hiking and biking trails, to a skate park it offers a lot. For kids, there is a splash pad open during the hot summer months right next to a great playground. Baseball and soccer fields provide plenty of space for play, and the lake is the ideal spot for a romantic picnic.

This park is nearby and has LOTS to do. You can take kids to the splash pad (open once temps are 80 or above), nearby playground, or fish on the lake from the covered pier or shore. There are also great trails through the woods that you can walk, but are geared toward mountain-biking. If you like to skate board, Faulkner Park has a skate park, and two phases are completed. This park has something to offer everyone!

If you brought your mountain bike, there are about 7+ miles of trails hidden in this park. This park also has baseball/softball fields, a pond, a skate park, tennis court, and in the summer a free splash pond. Make sure to not leave expensive belongings in your vehicle, thefts have occurred here, even during the day.
