Dalhousie is again a site for Tibetan refugees. This is nothing like McLeod which is a Tibetan headquarter. Apart from the usual Tibetan Market and a Gonpa Dalhousie has a Tibetan handicraft center where they still hand knot the thread on looms very traditionally to make those prayer carpets.
