Our specialty is our signature Peruvian “Pollo a la Brasa” style Rotisserie Chicken, marinated and slow cooked over natural wood charcoal in our signature custom-made rotisserie oven. At Alpaca we use only All-Natural Chickens free of any added hormones and free of any FDA allergens. We also offer house favorite Peruvian Entrées such as Arroz Chaufa and Lomo Saltado that are made to order so you always get a fresh made plate.

You will LOVE the food at this Peruvian restaurant. Their chargrilled chicken is likely the best in the area. You'll enjoy just about everything on their menu. Arroz chaufa (fried rice with chicken), their plantains, green beans and rice w/black beans are menu favorites. And their green sauce is a MUST!
