A good local restaurant chain for pork roll in rice paper and Quang noodle - the Da Nang signature dishes. Compared to Tran restaurants, Ba Mua are smaller chain, prices are cheaper but the food quality are a bit different between restaurant point of sales. Ba Mua are popular for both locals and tourists.

Mi Quang Ba Mua is arguably the best place to enjoy Da Nang’s quintessential noodle dish. A bowl of mi quang is priced at VND 25,000, consisting of turmeric-yellow rice noodles and bone broth that’s seasoned with fish sauce, black pepper, shallots, and garlic. You can also choose from a variety of meat toppings, such as beef, chicken, pork, shrimp, frogs, and eels. Lastly, the ensemble is topped with basil, peanuts, coriander, sliced banana flowers, and sesame rice crackers. Another place for my quang - dry noodles with toppings, signature dish of Da Nang. Perfect for breakfast, lunch, dinner, superb or any time you're hungry. The best thing is that the restaurant is only 5 min walk from home :D
