"The Elysian Whisky Bar is a small and cosy whisky and cocktail bar located on the lower end of Brunswick Street in Fitzroy. About 350 bottles of rare and interesting whiskies on the shelves, with a focus on Independent Bottlings from around the world. Playing jazz and old classics most nights, do drop by to enjoy a relaxing night with some great drinks. We are all about sourcing rare and unique bottlings of whiskies from around the world! Our bar design and service is based a lot on bars in Japan, where some of the most amazing whisky bars are located. We just want to bring a taste of that Japanese bar culture back here in Fitzroy and Melbourne, and maybe jog a bit of nostalgia in those that have been over there and experienced it!"
