Denny Chimes is a 115-foot tall campanile tower on the south side of The Quad at the University of Alabama, in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. The carillon features 25 cast bronze bells. The Westminster chimes ring every 15 minutes, chiming on the hour. The chimes also chime other songs or the alma mater as part of university celebrations or holidays.

Tailgate meca. If you're here for a University of Alabama Football game weekend, the quad will be buzzing with tailgates, radio broadcasts, tv broadcasts, food trailers, and inflatables/obstacle courses for the kids. Otherwise, this is a great place to take your shoes off, relax, or toss the frisbee and football.
