Crossing this iconic bridge is a free outdoor activity with great views of the Manhattan skyline! Along the way, historical plaques will share the story of how the bridge was completed in 1883. Keep an eye out for the padlocks, too—these are locks of love that couples lock to the bridge to symbolize their connection. Start in Manhattan and finish with a ramble through Brooklyn Bridge Park, where you can enjoy pizza at on the roof deck of Fornino on Pier 6 followed by an ice cream cone at Brooklyn Ice Cream Factory.

get here early to avoid the crowds. If you go around 7am you will practically have the bridge to yourself and the lighting is fantastic at this time for pictures.

A iconic Bridge that you can walk or bike ride across between Manhattan and Brooklyn. The bridge is also a short walk from the Ground Zero area by the World Trade Center.

Opened in 1883, the Brooklyn Bridge provides passage between Brooklyn and Manhattan for motorists, trains, bicycles and pedestrians. One of the primary symbols of New York City, it is a marvel of design and provides spectacular views of the city's skyline.

Celebrated in song, glamorized on celluloid and immortalized in poetry, the postcard-perfect Brooklyn Bridge stands as one of New York City’s most recognizable symbols—not to mention a magnificent feat of engineering.

Karayip Restoranı
“Our favorite Jamaican spot! If you are looking for an authentic Jamaican taste, you should try their oxtail. Their wings are finger-licking good, their mac&cheese are real savory, their goat curry is amazing! It isn't a pretentious place, but it's usually crowded which is usually a very good sign. Sitting spots are limited so you are welcome to order to go and eat it at home. It's a block away from us.”
