I never have time for a full lunch, so I’ll grab a salad from Sweetgreen and eat in a cab between meetings. Salads are what they do, and the ingredients change every few months. I love the shoomani, which has wild rice, herbs, roasted tofu, warm mushrooms, and a great miso sesame dressing. Whatever you choose, it won’t make you need a nap afterwards.
