Loetje is THE restaurant for the perfect steak, of course with delicious gravy and white bread. A must, typically Dutch. Loetje is a very popular restaurant in Breukelen. If you have not booked, there is sometimes a waiting time, but when the weather is nice, waiting for the large terrace with a Dutch beer with some ' bitterballen snacks' is certainly not a punishment.
