To memorialize fallen Houston City Police Department officers, the sculpture is peacefully tucked into a crook in the bayou, where intentional grass softens the edges of its stark figure, overlooking the best angles of both the city skyline and the Federal Reserve building, forever watching over Houston. Its along the Buffalo Bayou bike and jogging trail. There is also a great view of downtown.
