Sushi in Parker. One of the cool things about our sushi rolls is that they are gluten-free! All the sauces, tempura flour...are gluten-free. Our quinoa option is for those who love to have sushi but cannot have white or brown rice. For those who want some gluten option - the packets for the soy sauce are the only things that are not GF :-).
