Not exactly a park, but an agriturismo where the owner, Nuncio, raises sheep, goats, pigs and more -- and makes the best damned cheese this side of the French countryside! Nunzio can also arrange for a walk with the shepherds -- the "transhumanza" in June. And yes, you can actually adopt a sheep!

This restaurant is a personal favorite. It is part of a farm where they raise sheep so the cheese is pretty much as fresh as it gets. I would highly recommend ordering the cheese platter as an antipasto.
