GREAT FOR KIDS. Built in 1926, this is the place where Walt Disney got his inspiration to start Disneyland, it is a cool experience.

Griffith is MASSIVE! Enter the park through it's Eastern side and explore the less populated area. Check out the old abandoned zoo (you may even still be able to squeeze through the chain link at the lion cages, there's some very colorful graffiti inside, BUT ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK!).

It's a beautiful Merry Go Round and there are great hiking trails there...

You can catch many hiking trails, ride the merry go round or the small train. Plenty of places for a pick nick.
