Amazing place to stop for breakfast lunch or book in dinner! Can do private walk to their private beach too but it is a good decline and incline on the way back up.

Drive 20 minutes south of PD (heading back towards Cairns) and visit here for lunch and a beach walk. Stunning!!! Lots of Australian wildlife. Gorgeous tree house restaurant,, then walk down the bush steps to a postcard perfect beach...with hammocks! Devine.....

I recommend booking into Thalas resturant for lunch. The setting is amazing, perched up looking over the forest and the ocean.

Dine at Thala Beach Lodge for a unique experience in the timber pavilions in the rainforest overlooking the ocean. Mid to high price range but a special experience.
